Cancellation Policy

All training courses are non-refundable. JSH Training Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course in exceptional circumstances and will notify the student as soon as possible. You will not be refunded for rescheduled courses; however, we will refund courses we have to cancel. If there is a problem with securing the venue we have held for training, we will notify the students. As this particular issue is beyond our control, we will not issue refunds. We will do our best to secure an alternative venue, if this is not possible, we will issue credit notes for students to attend an alternative course throughout the year. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.
